Before Ryan Morgan and Jacob Morgan's parents passed away in a car accident, they decided to appoint Ryan as Jacob's legal guardian under their will. Jacob has autism, ages fifteen and is the funniest and most sweetest person anyone could ever meet. Ryan, ages twenty six, is a prosecutor in the state of North Dakota.


But shortly after Jacob's girlfriend, Izza Miller's body is found dead near a river, Jacob is accused of a crime Ryan thinks he is innocent of. Even though, Ryan begins to search for evidence trying to figure out who's the actual person who killed Izza, and why did they accuse his own brother?
