This novel is not deserve to be called system or level type novel. If you name genius doctor type this novel more like that way. System or level type novel has a charts that show us status what did he do more specific and i can imagine more easily but this novel is not showing anything. Visual ascept zero numeric aspect zero how did this deserve novel system or level tag. If you want to read doctor novel good to be go for it but if you are looking for system and level novel than i do not recommend this novel.

Empty shell of a novel, no real medical knowledge, no real plot, no good pen skill. Well, go read Great doctor Ling Ran and not this crap. .........
This book is I don't know what to say other than average cliche and done a million times with a different occupation- but the problem is the author seemingly can't say names and so every character Non-han is 'Ethnic Minority #1-#2, etc' And to top it off its filled with racist remarks and annoying mid paragraph character thoughts that seemingly want to get to the end of the chapter so you then read the next chapter. I'm pretty sure this will go Premium at an insanely high price but it's not worth it. It's trying to be IRAS but doesn't come close and this book causes mere shame upon the Zhang Family.

I discovered this novel searching through the new releases and i tried it, and to my surprise i really liked it immediately. I recommend this novel To all the fans of novels about medicine, doctors and main character who one day receive a System. Try it too and you Will love it too.
It's a fast paced story, the "system" is more of a 3rd wheel as in it's not really there for the story it's for the mc. I do however enjoy the plot even if there are some plot holes in the first couple chapters. ๐ค๐๐
One of the worst novels Ive read. The positiv is the world description. Otherwise, complete and uther garbage. There really is no logic in the MC persona, after 6 chapters the ^world^ isntbreally described. The system isnt really a system with interaction, the MC just knows through the system. . The plot (if there really is one) is so full of holes you can drive a truck through it.
The story is great and all but doesn't it comes under the system theme where there should be more details about the medical system but the system is almost non mentioned it's almost as if the author is trying to give most minimum time to the medical system and making the reader figure out how much experience point is needed to level up and unlock the medical system's knowledge.

The book itself is fairly good albeit they keep milking some chapters with fillers but thats the norm on this site. The translator is another stoey altogether. Slow updates lowering the number of updates from the promised amount without so much as a notice. Missing days with no updates nor making them upafter resuming the updatrs. I have to say one of the least professional translator on the site...

I lyk the flow of the story,it's so amazing and very interesting to read,the system thing is really amazing,especially how it enables Dr Zhang to master and advances in those medical fields. While back at home,he was nobody.he never even trusted himself,,,,,wah!,from nobody to somebody,nothing to something. Hardwork really never goes unrewarded. So far im 150 chapters in and I've learned that China all around is an extremely horrible place to live just my opinions I mean besides being black and always having to read about people make fun of the MC for having dark skin and the corruption of how doctors who are ignorant get in through connections and how you have to give a doctor more money on top of the already expensive treatment fees if you want them to DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY and the constant peer pressure of ruining your lungs by smoking and the misogynistic views of women not to mention what china is doing right now to Muslims/people with middle eastern looks china would be DECENT but you know to bad all of those things are how the author describes china or are something that has been shown in real life also the MC is a bit dull he has no motivation for better things in life which is really unrealistic in this realistic story he constantly gives away half to 1/3 of his pay to people that don't even need it for "cultivating good relationships" and for half of the story half the stuff he has is borrowed from some rich lady IDK I just feel like its another one of those cookie cutter MC's that basically only have 2 emotions or do 2 things without caring about other things which is a bit retarded cause no matter how long they've lived they'll still have desires and for some reason none of these mc's on webnovel whether it be realistic or fantasy genre don't have basic human nature apparently they've transcended that or for some reason just because they got a system their self control or reasoning is better than millions to billions of people sorry for my rant but yh this story is pretty good I do hope to see MC get married and have a kid.
Another novel without soul and with the same design as the others ... I find it boring and without real interest can't compare to good novel like I am really superstar and others...

This is a pretty nice novel. The story is decently captivating and it really shows thought on parts of it. However, the one part that was underwhelming would be the fact that this was less system and more divine knowledge. The system can be entirely taken out and be replaced by something along the lines of sealed memories of a past life. All in all, this is definitely not a system novel regardless of how enticing the novel may be.
Not very interesting. This is similar but worse than great Doctor Ling Ran. The MC is manipulated and is a pushover. The system is not very interesting. System is used as a reason for his fast growth but the systems functions are not very interesting, it is Just explained that the system teachers mc, there are no missions, no system stores or anything.
After ZF's problematic personality trait, there's the females characters...they're getting more and more irritating like the head nurse LJ and that JS girl. I juste hope that we won't see them often, the best will be that they don't appear again but I highly doubt that it will happen...

I am loving this novel I like doctor novels and systems with the two combined it makes an altimate novel in my opinion hahhahahahahahahahaha
