Rise Of The Weakest Hunter

Suddenly, one day, cracks appeared in the sky, opening ways to the descent of monsters. These cracks were termed 'Gates' or 'Portals'. Venturing inside, humans found out that the gates had taken the form of 'Stories'.

On concluding a story, either with its original ending or an alternate one, one could escape the portals. These portals served as a pathway for the awakening of the majority of humans, sometimes referred to as Superhumans or the Awakened ones. But the most popular term to call them was... the HUNTERS.

Asher Blake, having turned orphan but remaining an unawakened, gets dragged inside an S ranked Story, where he gets this certain mythical entity, called the System, that gives him the power to become an hunter, even more, a Player!
