Synopsis
I can’t... no, I don’t want to remember what I was like before this happened. I should’ve been smarter, I should’ve listened to myself. I shouldn't have lied to Mom, or to anyone else. I should’ve told them where I was actually going. The memories of that morning’s chill of the fall air, the leaves under my feet...and the guilt on my chest.
