The Lunchtime Girls

Dylan, Denise, Joanna, Jolene, Cinder & Catina are all very different, or are they...
Dylan is one of the popular girls (she doesn't want to be one, but her older sister is controlling and pressuring and wants Dylan to be popular like her), Denise is the assistant of the fashion club (she has to take notes about designs and is not allowed to share her own designs. She also has to take measurements and collect fabric for outfits), Joanna is the filmer of the drama club (she has to film everything, even though she is actually a really good actress too), Jolene is vice-captain of the Sports club (she sometimes gets to help plan the sessions, but the captain doesn't think she has it in her to lead, so whenever Jolene should run the session, someone else does instead), Cinder is the vice-president of the environmentalist club (she has to listen to everyone's ideas and is supposed to be able to present her own, but the president is controlling), Catina is the assistant of the pet lovers club (she writes down everyone's ideas for saving animals or what pets are best for what homes. She also runs errands for everyone.)
But one thing they have in common, they're all too shy to change their situations. Every day they all go to the library to get away from their problems. One day they meet in the film section, and get to know each other. They begin to go there every day, and they always have lots of fun talking about books, films, and fashion. Everyone calls them the lunchtime girls because they only ever go to the library at lunch. But they could never be friends outside of the library,right?
But at the beginning of the school year, they are put in the same class. . .along with the club leaders. Maybe, just maybe, they could be real friends, but with the leaders trying to stop them talking, it's hard. But when they are partnered up for a project, suddenly everything changes..
Can they help each other? Or will things be like this forever....
