Akihiko Nagato is the chairman of the Japanese gang syndicate, and he has no trouble getting women into his bed. However, even he could not pursue another man's woman without any consequences. But Akihiko is cunning and has managed to escape the Syndicate Council and is now on the run. While in Hawaii, he runs into a fiery waitress, Zoe.
