Synopsis

The following is an account given by a surviving battle soldier, Zinhestine Vazo.
‘He was there. The cruelest of all in Europe, the spawn of the devil, no, he is the devil himself, pleasuring himself from our pain; he watched us suffer and laughed with his fellow soldiers. He mocked us while we cried, begging for death. No one is safe from him, not even women or children, the ice-cold blue eyes show mercy to none. There is no way that he is a man, the true tyrant of Europe, not even our Lord can match with him, he’s Natria the Tyrant.’
Zinhestine was later found dead in his cell. A note was recovered from his body.
‘I know you guys are deporting me to Chemnitz, I would rather die than go through that hell again. My death would be the final warning. Please stop the war, otherwise, there would be no Germany on the map by tomorrow.’

Set in a modern military world, The Rise of Natria the Tyrant is one of its kind. Fast-paced and filled with action, this story will keep one entertained throughout its run. Natria, our main character, is a hidden tactical genius in a country that has been ravaged by a long war. His circumstances and events that unfold around him spur him towards exploring his full potential, all the while changing something within the pure-hearted boy. A solid story with great set up for character development and future events. The only quip I had that led me to slightly reduce my rating from a five star was the info dump at the very start and the grammar and spelling mistakes the author makes. Though you can notice in each chapter that the mistakes and stylistic errors are getting reduced, so I would recommend holding out to any readers that might not like this problem as the story and characters are surely worth it. A great reading experience. I am really looking forward to where this goes!

Amazing and easy to read! If you're into stories about rising to power, as the title states, then stop here and go no further. The pace is steady and everything is laid out for you as your eyes dance across the words that paint the imagery needed to complete the canvas portrait before you. a tyrant in deed, come read and enjoy the seed sprout, grow and flower!

The first chapter did a really good job of drawing me in. The pacing though, whew, it's pretty fast. Not too fast though but if you're used to reading slower novels like me you'll notice. In the first chapter, there's quite a bit to keep track of but the use of um I don't know what they're actually called, but the author uses bracketed bubbles of information that ensure you know when/where everything is happening which I think is a nice touch. The imagery is great, and while there are a couple of parts I'd rewrite the changes I'd make would be small and nitpicky. Anywho one last thing is the author uses punctuation in areas where the dialogue tags have him covered. For example, the author will write something like "My arm! Oh god it hurts!" the man wailed" when it should really be more like "My arm! Oh god it hurts," the man wailed." A small fix, that's not necessary for some situations but it is in most, but other than that solid novel, author. I wish you the best, cheers ;)

What I would call Historical Realism. Taking place in modern Germany our protagonist is flung into a gruesome war. This sets the field for the development of a once innocent boy, with tactical, prowess, exceeding in strategy. The character development might I add is one of the novel's best qualities, a real rise in power type novel. The story does well in pacing, and the author has done an excellent job to ensure that the viewers stay hooked. A worthy read, hidden gem if you will. Looking forward to more. Highly recommended! With very little grammatical error, the story comes off as very readable.

Overall, this is a rather good book. I find the premise interesting, and the characters are lifelike, and not even I could find much faults in the grammar. I like the word choices. However, when pompous, grandiose dialogue is mixed with, erm, more mundane speech like exclamations and low-brow cuss words, it does create a weird contrast that snaps me out of the story. It is a little detail, but it could be improved. Either make the characters cuss in a way more consistent with the high and mighty dialogue, or bring the Extra-ified grandiosity down a bit. That's all I have to say. If one likes to read about characters undergoing misery (I do!!! I love to watch fictional people suffer) then def read this book. I have a feeling this is going to be that kind of a book.

Story is fast paced. I love it. It has modern world background which makes it interesting as well. The war background and the Natria background still needs to explored but it has been a good journey. I love the book and support other to give free chapters a try. Everyone has their preference. You might love it or you might hate. But, even so, you will still enjoy those free chapters.

A military novel, huh? What a change of pace. It is an exciting story with an excellent story-telling author. But, of course, everyone needs to grow and hone their skills in writing. So, the author has ways to go. Few grammar issues, and I always say grammar errors don't hurt the story at all! Good work, author, and keep it up!

Hmm... how should I say this? It's like a piece of fruit that tasted sweet on the outside but suddenly became bitter halfway? TBH, the intro of the 1st chapter was quite good, however, it became confusing when information starts pouring out like tide. It was like a fish jumping from one pool to another, first was childbirth then what came next all of a sudden was an information about war, Germans or treasury or something? This part is quite hard to process in the 1st chapter, I must say. Overall, it's really well written aside from the few grammatical errors, would also be nice if author reduced the information given as early as 1st chapter. That's all~ Good Luck to the Author and Keep up the Good Work!

I'll be honest I don't know many military novels, but I feel this one has a better execution. The development in the first chapter is a bit too much, but the premise I can understand... the world building thereafter is great and the English is good as well... this is great read, and I can see the tyranny

10/10 world building, I am really looking forward to what happens in this novel. The grammar is decent but there are a few errors that could be fixed with some editing, and I think breaking up some of the paragraphs in the earlier chapters could make it a bit easier to read. Keep up the good work, I can't wait for more chapters!

The rise of Natria the tyrant is a unique piece here on webnovel. It's an intense historical fiction, taking place in both the first and second world war, it shows tragedy, sacrifice, and most of all the rise of a ruthless jaded tyrant. There are some grammatical errors here and there, and some of the scenes may be too much to stomach for certain people, but it is definitely fast-paced, intense, and a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend people give this one a shot if they don't mind the darker more tense stories.

This is a story unlike any others on Webnovel. It is full of exitement, fear, sadness and it sucks your rigt in. A have never read a war novel, but I think the milatary world the author described is phenomemen. The first chapter was a bit fast pace, but once the devil appears.... my heart almost stopt! This is worth your time! Thank you author for writing this story!

Certainly an interesting war story, set in a modern day world but with me twists to keep things fresh and unique. The characters are great, the drama is great, and the mystery and the conflict make me want to keep going. Props to the author.
