Synopsis
Killed by the assassins, Cyrus the master of different martial arts that his family taught had died in a raid by his family's rival killing him and his clan. Losing his hope to seek revenge for his family. On his last breath, a mysterious light came out on his parent's necklace bringing his soul to different space and world.
He was born anew in a world full of magic, martial arts, qi's, and mysteries that science cannot explain.
Losing his hope to return to his world, Cyrus sees his new family and protects them with his strength, but there was a problem. The necklace of his parents in his previous life was carved into his body causing him to suffer from pain and experienced multiple near deaths!
However, it was not enough for Cyrus to stop his aim!
This aim is to protect his loved ones, save people from the darkness preventing them to suffer more, and explore the world.
With his advance thinking and martial arts knowledge that he accumulated and trained in his previous life, he will use this to fight and continue his youthful life that he has not experience completely in his previous life.

So you nerfed the mc ? WOW ! Truly awesome. I would rather read a novel where the mc is OP and the story is different. You just want the mc to be always a stage weaker then their foes or is weak asf and have some lucky encounter or some greaat skill so he could step on the faces of young masters. Bro lol I find it funny how the mc always has to be weaker and a step ahead. There's nothing B.S about mc gaining powers suddenly. He is a martial artist for gods sake. He is a little dumb even though he is supposed to have a older mentality.I will read further and change my comment if it changes, i doubt it tho seems like he will recover after 100's of episodes. I like more OP mc in a cliche story than a more cliche "mc is always a stage weaker or two and uses some secret technique to kill the people with higher cultivation or level " You don't need to tell me to go read other novels if you are going to, just here to give my opinions.
So Again, to those who want to try to read this novel, the Mc is not op as I tried to nerf in two times! and for me, that's a good development! Because since the story is in freaking early stage, It feels boring to making Op that could dominate people easily! And it seemed that I've come to notice, that some of my readers don't like nerfing my Mc. I got my plans to why I am doing this, I am not senseless just nerfing my Mc for no reason. So, If you guys who want an op start, then this is not a novel for you. I want my story to be consistent not b.s development. I want to see him and write him growing stronger than spitting at someone as he stepped on their heads in the early stages of the story.

I don't know what's so bad about this novel, that low star reviewers are pointing at, he indeed has a bad grammar, but the twist to it is something unexpected when the mc has a great potential and suddenly became a half crippled. His path had changed in recent chapters after his parents have crushed his childish dreams that he would remove the roots of evil, and theoretically speaking, it would be impossible to do that since people will indeed commit a sin in the end. The quality of the story is 4/5 for me, the author is extremely responsive and he is creative to make things clear out in the auxiliary chapters. Maybe it's good for me because it suits my taste maybe?
Writing quality: horrible grammar. story development: bad planning, the mc needed to get nerved so he got half crippled and will recover in 15 years(i don't know what that means in chapters 10s...100s?). what i don't understand is the amount of bodily fitness he needs to train in earths martial arts, when he had 3k kg of physical strength for some reason he could not yet use his martial arts from earth, maybe i skipped the part were it was explained. after being crippled he ate the complete corpse of a divine phoenix and i'm not sure it did anything. he reincarnated but the advantage from it certainly isn't his intelligence, he can even be considered slightly dumb, so it must be for the martial arts but i fail to see how useful martial arts are going to be in a world of magic and mass destruction . he spent so much time on retraining his martial arts, which are only really useful now that he is crippled, that he even fell behind in cultivation. he must be a psychic.(afterall he would have just steamrolled his opponents with his op spirits if he wasn't crippled) character design: its ok nothing much to say not bad not too good either i feel like the characters are missing something though, like i dont feel attached to them just neutral kind irritated by the mc at times. WB: i know what i need to know, for the glossary ill give an extra star making it 4 in conclusion:its a novel slightly beneath average, but good enough to give it a try once the grammar is fixed

I kinda like how the story begins. It’s has the same style, reincarnation, but this has a bit of a twist a think? I love too see how this story go further. Please keep updating.
I dunno what to say... But it has a good start. The author seems insecure to us readers? Anyway, for me its already to early for me to review this novel. The type of this novel is very different than most wuxia 'cause this one have a point of view which is rare or non existent at all that I had read (Wuxia or Xianxia) novels. The chapter 1 and 2 can be already info dump, but it tackles how the world works. I guess that's okay? I had already read this in Royal Road and Wattpad, but this is mostly updated story so far, the author changed every chapter! And much better than before. Note to everyone, he admits that he has slow update rate. But for me, its enjoyable to read his works.

Enjoying the Novel So far. hoping to see a constant release, definitely has potential, Maybe needs to explain his martial arts skills in more details as I still don't know what they really do.

A beautiful yet tragic start. Good for dark fantasy geeks out there! I noticed some grammatical errors but knowing the author why posting a novel here is to hone his writing skills.
It shows why this tipe of novels are 95% garbage with 0 caracter and story development , mc that must suffer some unimaginable tragedy and don't forget that he must be a cripple .
"Mercy is for the good but evil ehh death is my answer " hope he keeps up that attitude when beauties tries to kill and doesnt go All Sperm brain mode like most mcs i know(examples being the mcs from "god of slaughter" chaotic sword god" ancient godly monarch" medicine monarch or whats the name " otherwordly evil monarch" shi mu")i dont expert much from the story i just want a rational mc that acts according to his words and not some self-righteous ***ist hypocrite
