"If you want the Empire to be in the palm of your hands, just give me the order, milady... You... don't have to do this."
"Do I look ugly to you?" Melissa Edevane looked him in the eyes.
"No," Brandel Laxon answered with a hoarse voice.
The most beautiful woman of Estania was only clad in a gorgeous, seductive red nightgown. She looked captivating while staring at his lips and snaking her arms behind his neck. The bed was right behind her. One push from him would render her trapped between him and the sheets. Just the thought of it was driving him mad with longing and desire.
"Then why are you hesitating?" The woman asked with a taunting smile. Her sweet voice intermittently echoed in his ears as she rained small kisses on his neck. "Hurry up, Knight Brandel. Take me. Make me yours."
'So I can be bound with you forever...'
In the end, Brandel let himself succumb to her seduction. The next thing Melissa knew, he was kissing her and staring at her passionately. He was looking at her, like a predator hungry for his prey.
"Milady, I hope you won't regret turning a knight into a hungry beast."

This one is for all lovers of vampire genre, a great book with an intriguing storyline. The story development is beautiful and i can sense the adventures in the forthcoming chapters simply by reading the synopsis. Good job author!
This is early so I'm deducting a point for world background. The countess background is half-revealed. But I don't know much about the world they live in. I can't clearly picture the setting and map yet. The good thing is, I like the characters so far. I thought the development of things would be slow, but it's surprisingly not. I'm still waiting for the actual revenge to start though. Anyway, good story so far
Enuf said, the synopsis drew me here. I like the chapters so far. But the real reason I'm staying is the synopsis. When will the knight make an appearance? Author, I'm excited. Pls update soon.
Showing support to my friend. ^^ So far I like the story. Vampire and romance? Plus rebirth? I'm sure nothing will go wrong with this combination. Even now I look forward to how the Countess will first meet ML in her second life.
I think this is a story with potential. I won't say it's unique or a masterpiece. I haven't read that many vampire stories after all. But this one is to my liking. The female main character doesn't seem to be a passive one, or maybe she used to be but was changed by the traumatic death she had. Anyway, I like that she's actively changing things and looking for people she wants to meet. I want to know more about, especially how she'll deal with her enemies.
The novel has a good premise with an interesting twist on some things. I’v read many vampire webnovels but most are male leads. The only issue with this novel I have seen so far is the occasional grammar mistake, but it is very easy to ignore and doesn’t happen very often at all.
I don't usually read vampire novels but I found the synopsis interesting so I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did. The story just keeps pulling you in and its almost impossible to stop. I'm not really sure if author has a schedule for updates but I hope they don't drop this novel as it's really interesting. Keep going!

I like novels about vampires, magical powers, true love and revenge. And this book has all of the above! The action starts in the first chapter with a dramatic scene where Melissa dies. After her reincarnation, there is more action. She gets the chance to start getting her revenge right away. I'm sure that this time things will go differently. Even the time of Melissa’s and Brandel’s meeting is different, much earlier than in their first life. I like the fact that now Melissa is much wiser and stronger than she was. I look forward to Melissa’s first real duel!
