MCU peter born 2001 so he's 9 now and kid's in U.S start HS at 14, luckily this story is still in a early phase, edit somethings, mention it in a future chapter what you've changed as a side-note so things are consistent and this problems gone(but also change MC age as he would be a senior while Peter a freshman and would be strange if they just friends but you could also leave it)

No it's more the Legendary Super Saiyan just badly affecting the mental heath, mainly clear anger problems, which literally makes their mind regress to a monkey(which can't be far off seeing they can transform into a huge ape's) and Broly's sanity is explained in the movie where it's said he has the properties of a great ape while in human form(or something like that) and it's shown turning into the great ape makes them practically braindead so Broly while never actually mastering great ape is one in human form, obviously later on at the end of the movie it shows him gaining more sanity just like when u try to gain control in great ape(just making what I'm saying more plausible) so I don't really see how they would be in pain(and sorry for the rant just wanted to inform u of my perspective and knowledge of things hopefully allowing u to make an even better story)

It's a protocol I apparently made when I hacked into Jarvis, yes a kid hacked into Jarvis, but obviously Tony found out but I was able to make this and Tony not notice it. The protocol makes Jarvis' loyalty to me and follow what I say though it only lasts temporarily, wasn't able to make it permanent it so it's basically a one time use, but I'll have enough time till Tony gets kidnapped.

It's a protocol I apparently made when I hacked into Jarvis, yes a kid hacked into Jarvis, but obviously Tony found out but I was able to make this and Tony not notice it. The protocol makes Jarvis' loyalty to me and follow what I say though it only lasts temporarily, wasn't able to make it permanent it so it's basically a one time use, but I'll have enough time till Tony gets kidnapped.

previously said he was mature for his age and some context clues show he hasn't gone to school or actively goes to it now so that's a lot of free time for a mature person and growing up around Tony Stark even if never shown love by him would be in some way influenced to explore these things and when he said he inherited Tony's intelligence it was more, "Ok he's smart that's all you need to know" but it was never specified if he had Tony's IQ level or maybe higher or lower

Well while yes he'll be ahead of all others, it's the most logical for him to advance this quickly, after all not only does he have a future OP ability he was reborn in a really fortunate situation allowing him to take advantage of a lot of things with his knowledge, it's just realistic writing, to a degree of course, but realistic nonetheless
