Trigger warning: gruesome theme, sensitive language and mature contents

A hundred years had passed since the war against witches reached its conclusion, leading the Kingdom of Londeve to a century-long peace.

Everything's all well either for the young village baker boy, Tristan who lives a simple life with his two younger siblings not so far away from the country's capital. As ordinary as he might seem, it is not to be expected that he's actually acquainted with the only living royalty residing in his homeland, Crown Princess Anne of Londevè. Even so, their decade-long friendship never brought any significant change in each others' lives throughout the years, and for the humble young man, it is something to be relieved for. However, fate seem to have its own mischievous way of twisting the humble orphan's life.

It was a remarkable encounter that turned his seemingly normal life into a dangerous rollercoaster ride as he got involved with the epitome of misery herself — the manipulative and mysterious lady, Serina Lourdemayne, who has been ironically keeping the peace at the Kingdom as a substitute Queen despite being a witch herself. Will this accidental and unwanted engagement ever reward him? Will they be able to work progressively despite their obvious and huge differences with their loved ones, responsibilities and aspirations in line?

Dive into the world of magic and witness the journey of Tristan and Serina together with the noble Paladins as they protect the Kingdom from the coming calamities and from the new enemies that could possibly be more powerful and sinister than the wicked witches the human race had faced before.

The prologue immediately had me intrigued. The characters are distinct and I could clearly visualize the world of the story. It needs a bit of polishing but I'm sure the author will settle it through the next chapters. Looking forward for your updates~

The title of your novel 'witch of the throne' stands out. One of the things I like about your novel is the little humour added here and there in parts of the book. I see no problem in the novel based on the chapters I've read but i think the prologue needs to be worked on. Nice read. I recommend this.

An explicit and intriguing read. Review Proper. Writing Quality. The narrations are well executed and the choice of words is great describing everything clearly with much more depth. Stability of Updates. So far the author has a stable update. Story Development. From the chapters I read, nothing feels rushed and everything went smoothly. From the death of the king, the witch handling the throne, then to Tristan and the princess scenes everything is great so far. There is a bit of a touch of mystery that would keep you reading each chapter. Character Design. They are all intriguing and really moves the story well. From the main protagonist, Serina down to the other characters, they have distinct personalities that made them stood out. I also love the vibes Serina is giving off, calm, confident, and powerful. A perfect strong female lead. World Background. Well written and also helps you to enjoy reading the story more. Overall this book is a hidden gem. If you're into royal, medieval fantasy story this story won't disappoint you. Keep up the great work author. I look forward to more. This would stay to my colls too.

The language is neat and the story flows well. However, I have two pet peeves, and the the story has them both... one is the needlessly long and complex names, but this one is forgiven, as the names only happen in the beginning chapters, and soon, the shortened names are used. Second is the double quotes not beginning on new line. This one is important. it's rule of thumb. it really makes for a bad taste in reading, and both re-reading when two dialogues are with in the same paragraph. Standard formatting for web novel goes like four lines paragraph, double quotes on new line, every new dialogue on new line and every perspective change on new line. Despite these little hiccups, the story is quite enjoyable, so do try it. it's good.

The prologue is quite well written and helps the readers to visualise the world of the novel. The story line is also quite interesting and would love to see where it leads of to.I loved the chills at the beginning but I suggest you to use more punctuations and the paragraphs are quite large, so a bit spacing would be better, I have the same problem and I'm trying to work on it too. Finally, forgot commenting about the cover, it was just wow.....

The flow of the story is good. Although you feel confused about different characters' interactions at the start, everyone's character is well designed and connected. As for the character descriptions, I actually love the descriptions. But world background needs to be done a little. Elves, dragons, demons, and many things seem to be there in there, but we still don't know much about the world. Keep it up, author-san.

Read few chapters. To be honest, I was confused a lot and a little bit nauseated because of the need to follow all the words to understand what's happening😅. But the prologue is excellent. The synopsis also intriguing and mighty impressive. The initial chaps involves multiple characters and their conversation, so it was quite a difficult read for me, but it's just me and my medical issue. May be in the upcoming chapters, when the story picks up pace, it will be more interesting and easy to follow, and hope it involves less characters, cause the world you are trying to build is really fascinating to look out for and worth waiting✌️.

The writing is solid. Many aspects of it are like a professional novel, though to me it goes a bit over-the-top for my tastes. I don't hold that against the writer though, it's more of a stylistic preference. The updates seem steady and the story development seems sound. The character design is good and she does a good job of immersing characters into the setting of the story. I would say the story could use a little more description of what the environment looks like, what the weather is like, the terrain, or what a town looks like. The description of the characters is solid and better than most wenbovel stories. The general narration is excellent. I can't think of issues with the dialogue.

I love stories where the world is very massive and explains how everything works. I love it when we relate to the characters and their motivations as the story itself progresses. Your story succeeds with how stories like this should work. My favorite thing about your story is your writing style. I find it very innovative, and I find that it fits extremely well with the kind of world this story takes place in. Good book!
