Synopsis

Juda Kufu is an Angolan orphan growing up in the streets of Cape Town. As a means of survival, he lives a double life, as a brilliant student with an attitude problem and as a drug dealer among other criminal activities.

He uses his mystic gifts to survive until he is once again facing death. This turn of event introduces him to a world hidden in plain sight. An Africa untouched by colonialism, rich in Advanced Sciences and technology or known as the Mysteries, sorcery, wealth and pride.

Accompanied by a new friend, he travels to New Kemet also known as the First World to acquire his training as an Apostle, a faction of sage-warriors under a creed to protect a cosmic scroll. There, he learns of his Royal bloodline and his Apostle lineage.

He encounters African (Primordials)  and Greek deities upon his mission to delay an inevitable war, however, his mind is flooded with uncertainty as to the creed he has pledged to holds secrets unfaithful to its tenets.

Follow Juda Kufu in his journey of Revelation, love, betrayal, deception and bloodshed as the fate of his world rests upon his shoulders.

how an ordinary day Paris turned into a massacre by two extraterrestrials, only to be covered up as terrorist attack. the parallels between your fictional universe and the real one is almost pristine.

This novel should be on a platform that can fathom the potential of this novel. It a perfectly new style of creative writing being wasted here. The attention to detail is something else. I finally get to read a sci-fi fantasy novel about Africa by an African. This novel is Black Panther Level. Webnovel, do justice to this fine piece of art.

Hi. I would start by thanking all who have spent time reading my novel. It is a heavy task to provide new content and to have someone else read is a response and therefore, I thank you.

yoh, this chapter, man! what a statement. it's like you have no filter. I'm loving it. what you wrote about victimizing the threat, that really hit home. it's like, you are using one story to tell a thousand. One chapter alone is politically driven, reads about African deities, touches on self guilt whilst keeping the story afloat, effectively.

your take in comparing contemporary sciences with the Mysteries is mind blowing, it made me question a lot of things, what if... it's awesome how you have created a universe that touches on almost everything. this far, the story is amazing.

This is one LONG chapter! The script type dialogues need a change! And you should definitely split this chapter. Webnovel readers enjoy chapters that are 1000-2000 words long, and anything beyond that is too long for their taste. I'm intrigued by the plot and characters so far, and you're vivid descriptions of the scene are entertaining. You're word choice is amazing and got me hooked! Hopefully, you fix those issues, because this novel has A LOT of potential!

chapter is amazing, the transition to another world is so cool. they way you use African folklore, especially if the Kongo people is not something usually done in literature. it's a tribe hardly spoken or written of, which is sad because the Kongo tribe has a rich background.

This novel is WOW. A story based on contemporary Africa and I like how powerful the author made Anansi, my dad would tell me stories of Trickster God but the level that you have dipicted him. Everytime I close my eyes, I see Anansi as Denzel. please update regularly.

As for someone who lived in Cape Town, this novel touches on many points and the universe the author created is so unique. The part I like the most is how an orphan boy learns that he lives in two worlds. what I would like to know is how JK got to Cape Town. Author please tell me.

esse é uma obra numa liga de si mesmo. as detalhas descritivas, a imaginação que o autor utilizou para captar a mente do leitor e fascinante. essa estória mim fez rir, reflectir, chorar e analisar a minha vida.
