Synopsis

Ikky looked at the sunset, lost in his memories.

'If it was anyone else, would they do otherwise?'
...
'Was it then, when it all started or was it even before?'
...
'Was it our salvation or was it a downfall of humankind?'

The journey was long and hard. Nobody knew what would happen, and nobody knew how it would end.

"Do you want to hear my story, the story of the journey that leads us here?" He asked the man sitting next to him.

The man looked at the person who saved the world or led it to its destruction.

-----------------------------------------------------
Ikky was just a young man who loved jogging in the morning, still going to school. But everything changed as virtual reality game took over the world.

Autor here: To all experienced readers, please be gentle. I hope you will enjoy the story, regardless of my writing. For now, I've released 10 chapters, while having another few as backup, but before I work on them, I would like to know your thoughts. Unfortunately, editing all of my mistakes and polishing takes me several times longer than writing. So releases might be slow, especially because I have a full-time job other than writing. But the end of whining, have fun!

Hello everyone, It's been a month and over 30,000 words since I released the first chapters, since we're right in front of the 50k words mark, I feel it's time to do a decent review of what I think of the novel, myself. Before I start, I would like to say a few things. At first, I started writing out of boredom, but before I knew it, I was absorbed in my own story and I started to enjoy writing for the story itself. It was both fun and pain sometimes going from work to writing, from writing to bed, and back to work, every.single.day. However, I still managed to deliver quite a lot of chapters, even though it was my first time writing. So let's see what I think about the novel so far. The first ten chapters are both good and bad. They are sophisticated but not perfectly delivered, there are grammatical errors and some chapters are boring to read. However, lately, I've been trying to go through them again and polish them as much as I can without changing any information for people who have already read them. If you survive those chapters the writing should get better with each chapter, it's still a bit messy until chapter 25 or 26 when I started to pay a lot more attention to how I write. The progress of the story is a bit slower, but from the 19th chapter, you can look forward to a series of actions. But don't worry because some of the actions are in the earlier chapters as well. I've also increased the word count in each chapter with almost every new release. Or at least compared to the first 10 chapters. With the current latest chapter, I delivered what I wanted. And we can now start a new saga. A saga of friendship and companions, rivals and enemies, and much more. Please look forward to the next chapters.

This story actually has the potential of becoming a popular read If the author could just find time to fix the grammatical errors and add more action or something along those lines. All in all, it's a good book. Already added it to my library. Looking forward to more improvement 😇

Quite an interesting work. I've added it to my library and hope the author tries to write more eventful chapters... Thanks for the chapter!
