Synopsis
A 30 year old man is given a second chance at life when an attempt to save a child, a mystic order and a glowing gem would cause him to suddenly appear in season 3 episode 4 of The Boys tv show.
Not as himself, but in the body of one Benjamin Gillman, aka “Soldier Boy”. Weirdest part, the child is still with him.
Watch as he learns to handle the power, love and hate of the man he has become. All whilst trying to figure out what exactly he has brought with him into this world.

This is my first attempt at writing, so please give me all the constructive criticism you can regarding grammar, writing and plot. I look forward to improving as the chapters start flowing and will update with any improvements you can provide.
My upload schedule will be inconsistent. However, if I don't upload one week, the next week, I'll release two chapters so that you technically don't miss out.
Due to a tie for the vote on a system, I will keep a character information chapter and update their stats there accordingly. (No levels, just to monitor progression)
Expect to see the use of profanity and descriptive violence in this fanfic.
There will be no sex scenes or harem

This has to be my favourite start to a fanfic on this site. It seems the writer is planning to write a big novel and has laid out some groundwork for interesting future villains. I will try and breakdown why I think each section deserves 5 stars. Writing quality: The writer has no grammar issues at all and is amazing at making me picture each scene in my head. Updating stability: Although they have been absent for 2 weeks. They have given a valid reason and so far it seems to be a one off instance. Story development: I think the story is developing in a very fluid manner with over a thousand words per chapter. Additionally, It’s respecting the source material whilst being unique. Character design: The original characters have depth to them and the ”Voices” of the show characters seem to be accurate so far. I also appreciate that the author is taking their time to do the characters justice. World background: The author does a great job of describing the life and world of the OC character ( maybe too well as we only get to the boys universe in chapter 3). The way they describe each scene also helps me to fully envision the world. This is truly a great fanfic and I look forward to seeing what more this author has to bring.
The novel is great. The grammar is great. The characters are great. Read it and make your own judgment. This gets 5 stars from me. Keep up the goodwork
At last a worthy fic written by an actual honest man, unlike with all these new accounts spamming Machine translated fics or even those horrendous fics with layers of extra chapter filled with Hodge podges to boost wordcount. Bravo to you good sire, keep up the good work.

From the very first chapter, this novel had me hooked. The writing style is so engaging and well-crafted, and the story is incredibly entertaining. I found myself eagerly turning the pages, unable to put it down, and I can't wait to read more. The characters are complex and relatable, and the planning behind the plot is awesome. It's clear that the author has a real talent for storytelling, and I was completely engrossed in their unique perspective of The Boys universe. Overall, I would highly recommend this novel to anyone who loves a good page-turner. It's incredibly well-written, entertaining, funny and keeps you wanting more. I'm excited to see what the author has in store next.

I absolutely love it so far. I definitely agree that you need to read the first 5 chapters before deciding if you want to stop. The writing has no faults i can find and really grips me. Overall I would suggest you give it a try and follow this author to see what more he will bring.
I really recommend this novel if you like action, comedy and gore. It starts a little slow, but you can tell it’s building the world around The Tv show really well. The story follows a man from our world who gets transported to The Boys universe via a magic gem. He escapes the lab, gets some revenge, creates new enemies and kills some pervs. I’m currently on chapter 21 and it only seems to be getting better. The writer actually listens to advice and I can see in his writing how much better he is becoming. 100% a hidden gem.
I like the Russian arc and the reasons you have for stuff happening. I don't really see a reason for the story to be rated any lower so far, great job so far.
