Synopsis
From the comfort of her home in Washington a now adult Lucy follows up on the promise she made to her mother and retells the story of her childhood which she’s dubbed The Sleepwalker.
A thrilling tale where a world steeped in violence, prejudice and injustice clashes with her father's supposed determination to fight the unjust society in the 1930s. All the while Lucy and brother are forced to accept the unsettling truth about those around them.
Warning: Although this book does not portray anything vulgar, explicit or nude its does touch on racism, prejudice and slavery which existed in the 1930s. However Please note that such topics are NOT promoted but instead are there to teach and inform the reader and give incite on how the characters go against the nature of society back then and grow to respect colored folks/black peoples. SO please express some caution when reading or don't read at all if you can't digest these topics.

It's a well-written story having the right ratio of mystery, horror, and thrill just enough to keep you hooked. The story has a nice flow making it interesting and anticipating. A worth reading story! Good work author!
(review for the first 2 chapters I've read)the story isn't bad and most people can relate to the struggles of the main characters (as in being poor) especially myself.we can also relate to finding a new friend after awhile or not having a dad.Overall good :)

This book is so great. It has the taste that I prefer. I would read it till the end and hope this book doesn't drops or gets blocks. Surely, it has got a lot of hidden secret and tales to tell that no one knows. Show us what you got author. The writing style simple as it is easy flowing and quite understanding. Keep it up!1

This story is actually pretty good with good pacing, the characters are well developed and the story is made to make you want to read more and know what will happen, overall very good, the sole problem being that the world the characters are living in is not yet developed but since the novel is just starting I guess that's normal.
I see a good basis for the story, it's simple but engaging. The synopsis leads me to believe that there will be many more surprises than the real face of the sleepwalker in the coming chapters. And the story will unfold in intriguing and necessary aspect.
This is actually a very solid thriller. I was captivated by its pacing and it doesn't waste time building tension and setting up the characters. Although the dialogue in the first chapter was a little stilted and sometimes feel like they came from grown people rather than children, this is eventually fixed in later chapters. I was pretty much hooked the moment I started reading. This seriously has potential and I might have given it 5 stars if there was more chapters.
This is my second book so let me know what you think it's definitely a step down from the normal novel. Also if you enjoy the book put it in your library.
The story so far is Quite good, the first chapter did well introducing the characters and their personalities as well as the objective of the characters The second chapter introduced how they will achieve that objective well, and some difficulties while building up suspense for the third chapter While maintaining the mystery vibes , The Third and Fourth Chapter was where the main events happened and did well maintaining the characters and the environment they where in and lastly chapter five is well ending the story and making it ready for a new chapter . Overall A well written story and character development while maintaining mystery[img=recommend]
