Very well done by the author. This story was, honestly, much better than I expected for the amount of reviews and the cover/synopsis. The story itself is extremely interesting and many unique ideas on cultivation and inscriptions. The writing STYLE is a bit strange though. Reads a bit like the author has a list and is just TELLING you everything. This is a problem many authors have but still, well done overall. Writing Quality: 5*, pretty good with few errors. Story Development: 4*, it focuses a bit too much on the MC's research without actually moving the story along but at least it is interesting. Character Design: 4*, the characters seem a bit flat but that can be blamed partially on how short the story is for now. World Background: 5*, author goes pretty in depth about knowledge, cultivation, and inscriptions, which was kind of glossed over in the original story. Overall: 4.6*, I recommend this to anyone just looking for an interesting new perspective on the world of Tales of Demons and Gods.

Got to say this story is way better then the original story. Nie Li always took the "it's best to get the best things for me and I'll give some people good bits" this way of doing things always annoyed me no end. for one why take a good thing when you could make a better thing? and two once got the good he may very well throw it away because of a weird reason. three he was always in a rush never perfecting a skill or thing but making it "good enough for now" so the story plot can continue. four Nie Li dose not learn. oh he goes to school's or library's but is so sure to that the four/five topics he know and not need anything else. 😞😞😞🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♀️🤦♀️ in short this story is way better then the original story 🤣🤣🤣
