Synopsis
Jiya Dey, our main character has a secret. She can smell secrets from a mile! She carries this secret around like a burden, hoping that no one ever knows about it. She will rather live a normal life than to have people accuse her of plundering the secrets, they ought to hide. She thinks she is hiding it well, keeping her sense of smell in control. That is until she stumbles upon not one but two ghastly secrets. Secrets about her friends; those friends she thought she knew well enough. For a while, she keeps herself from thinking and assures herself that she would live a normal life and behave as if nothing happened. Anyways, it was not her problem! But sooner or later, she has to face reality.
What happens the night she thought she could sleep peacefully as if nothing happened? What is this strange Institute that sent her an acceptance letter in the middle of the night? What happens when she gets enrolled in the INSTITUTE OF SMELLCRAFT & SNIFFING? Will she keep those secrets in her head or will she uncover more secrets around the Institute?

"Jee! Jee!" a voice whispered urgently, "Vake up. Yer journey iz about to start."
"Ugh!" Jiya grunted. Her head was throbbing with extreme pain. She tried to open her eyes but could not do it.
"Jee! Are ye okay?" the voice continued as a warm hand was placed on Jiya's forehead. She felt energy and warmth spread to her body. She made a sound again before opening her eyes rather woozily. She blinked a few times to clear her vision. She nearly fell her bed at what she saw in front of her eyes.
"I did not vant to scare ye", the black cat jumped off the bed and shook its head ruefully as it sat down on its haunches. Jiya was so scared that her heart was jumping up and down the throat. She had seen this very cat roam about in their garden quite a few times for the past two months.

This seems like it is going to be a great novel, I read the current chapters in one sitting. I can't wait to see how the characters develop and gain depth. I am interested in the fact that the author uses British punctuation (are you from England dear author?). It was fun to read because every once and a while something will pop out and surprise you, keeps you on your toes. Really looking forward to where this story goes. I'll update my review when there is sufficient chapters :p

The FL is an intriguing capability 😁 (I have never thought about it!) Story is fast paced. Grammar needs review here and there. Characters are vivid enough. Updates are stable!! Keep it up! 🤟🤟🤟
In my opinion, the story is quite unique, especially with the girl's abilities, and this just makes the entire thing intriguing. I have never read such a story 😂. The grammar is quite decent, and the writing style is fairly good as well. There are slight corrections needed for grammar at parts. Nonetheless, over all, this is an interesting novel!

[This is more or less an impression review as there is only one chapter up so far. I'd probably write another review when we have a whole bunch more] We have been provided with a protagonist who can smell other's secrets. Its quite an interesting power in my opinion. Can definitely lead to some great story developments. I would say that if you become interested by the synopsis, definitely check it out. I'm really looking forward to upcoming chapters.
