Synopsis
To the pawn lead on a trail of blood, mystery was an unfair game. Being placed in the body of a supposed murderer, moments after the act, is not a typical situation. And to prove one's innocence after the fact isn't a simple ordeal, not when the meaning of guilt is twisted, used as a dagger to plunge into the heart of any defiance.
Is Jun the only fool? The disposable pawn replaced at the first sign of failure? His consciousness swapped out for mine, dragged in from another plane of existence. My doppelganger, is he the only fool? Or was this his escape?
Am I not a fool?
In an age of churning gears and steam engines that billowed columns of smoke high into the sky, one would think a murder would not require a supernatural cause. A revolver, would be enough. But why is that not the case?
Why did Jun feel the need to run?
If it was that simple, I wouldn't be this. This monstrous creature. This mangled, disjointed hound. Fueled by chaos.
But alas, my role is to entertain.
Do not be misguided, for this is not the legacy of the fool, but his replacement, the jester.

Reading the first chapter, I immediately understood his writing style. I fell for the world building and the story is gradually developing too. The book is great.
It was a really captivating opening. There are enough suspense and descriptions of the characters. Some minor spelling and grammar error here and there but it doesnt affect reading too much. The author's writing style makes me want to read more.
I really do love the book, the story somehow manges to keep the readers interest on, on what will happen next. A book that manges to draw the readers attention and keep the readers clue to the book is a really good book to read and surprisingly this book just happened to be one that really interesting and wonderful to read. And obviously after reading just the first chapter of this book, I really just want to keep on reading it 😊... Cause literally it really interesting and the wonderful writer did a really splendid job 😅😅
When a novel start like this, you know the writer is a pro. The story is captivating from the first chapter. Update it please
The writing is quite good. There are a few typos, but it's easily ignored and fixable. Good dialog, good art, good work.
Good grammar and good writing, and a very good following plot. There are books that keeps you interested, and it's just perhaps one of those books.

So, since there aren't many chapters available at the moment, I can't accuratly judge it, but, what I can say, is... This will be great, I can see the potencial in this one, I mean, did you see the cover? Did you read the synopsis? Give it a shot, read at least the first two chapters, and I guarntee you will like it! Good job, author!
Oh boy this is poetry! I'm a bit sad to see an editing in progress, but that's only because I'm used to 'finished' published chapters. Those sceneries are perfectly transcribed, I'm gladly adding this to my library.

The author is really good at creating an image or a scenery with descriptions. The words paint a picture. I love the story development. Can't wait to read more.

I've read both of the chapters as i'm writing this and wow, vocabulary and terms used to enhance the dialogues between the characters is stellar. I also loved the little add-on i've noticed "editing in progress" This is definitely going to my library, waiting for chapter three ❤️
Imma give five stars to all the descriptions of the scenery that the author has given, even I can't explain that deeply 🤣, the storyline is good and interesting, though it's just two chapters for now and it's visible that it can get pretty good further.
