Synopsis:
Alexander Grey is a muggleborn wizard who finds himself fighting against Death Eaters during the Battle of Hogwarts. Due to circumstances beyond his understanding, he gets sent back in time. He wakes up as a child who is about to go to Hogwarts for the very first time. Given the chance to relive the past and change it, he vows to create a different world for himself and many others.

Amazing fanfiction, its definitely a hidden gem, cause lets be honest most of the fanfiction novels on this website have way too many grammatical errors to the point it's hard to read, plus i think its one of the best hp fanfictions in a while and if you compete it definitely gonna be one of the best fanfics out there. So keep up the great work.
This is epic but kinda seems pointless and stupid....here me out.... the MC dosnt know anything important....he dosnt have any knowledge about the OOTP [it hasnt been shown...I mean dude didnt even know bills wife]....he dosnt have any knowledge regarding the prophesy/ horcruxes/ etx....so him going back in time seems pointless, he is just a side character .....but it is interesting.... if you get over the pointless MC...its cool cause here we have an MC whilst he dosnt have any knowledge he has other types of knowledge..cause he was a criminal.. suggestion: dont make MC a naive idiot that dives headfirst into confrontations, or tell others he is from the future...make him smart and cool not an idiot........make him OP...like beyond everyone...dude has over a decade of preparation time, and dont neuter him Add some romance and fluff...just build it. **; no bash but honestly hufflepuffs are useless....loyalty my ass....those cunts betrayed HP during second year...and the 4 th year......no benefit of the doubt was given to him despite him being their savior,,,,all of em thought he was the heir or was cheating..and too anyone that says that they helped harry during the war...well duh!...they were against a being that wanted them destroyed...many puffs werent purebloods.....point is, at the end of the day the puffs are worthless cunts that are basically useless, they were sheep that couldnt stand up for themselves.......[cedrick, didnt even help harry by giving him a clue about the dragon]......just my opinion
One of the best HP Fic ever..... He is the opposite of Grindelwald, but with the same motive. Well his motive is more good and acceptable. No need for the bloodbaths. Finish it please....๐๐๐๐๐
A very good HP fan-fic. If you are reading this, I recommend you to read this novel. It is one of the best HP fan-fic books in webnovel. It is little bit more realistic. Little bit of fast paced. Overall it is a good novel ๐๐๐๐
The MC is muggleborn who has been disenchanted with the magical world after the hardships he faced upon graduation. The story features the events close to the moment of his death and sudden transmigration back in time to his 11 year old self. The beauty of this story is that the OC doesn't know what we know about horcuxes and ****. He's just fed up with how his life turned out and decides to beat the pureblood at their own game. By forming a movement, not unlike the various Unions you know and from there prepare for the war he knows will come to the best of his abilities. He doesn't believe in dumbledore or tossers like him making him a true third party in this game of thrones between Dumbledore and Voldemort. Just like his name suggests, he is grey in his alignment. A neutral, or in American terms and independant striving for equal rights. Its a fun read so far and definitely different from the other things I'm used to reading in HP fics, which makes this a welcome niche approach. Hense my high rating.
Absolutely amazing This is one of my favorite fan fics I consider that the author has done an excellent job in the way of beginning his story and in the goal he set for the MC. Although the author indicated the possibility that love interest is an oc, I hope it is not because it is difficult for me raise an image in my mind. I hope that this story have an end and and don't be abandoned because i enjoy it.Maybe more chapters is necessary but is good with 4 o 5 during a week

Thank you for this marvelous fic I don't have words to describe this fanfic This fic has everything in balance whether it is character building or world building everything is balance this is one of those fics where you can even spend money to read not that author is demanding Mc is thinking every move smartly planning what to do and flawlessly executing the plans, he is learning with experience, has a clear goal in sight and doing everything he can do to accomplished that, this fic has truly use the word weak to strong The writing style of the author is such as that you are watching a movie not reading and the way interacting with us readers will leave you flaggrated. It is like you are reading it to someone and author is there listening it and discussing it with you. One of the best Harry Potter Fanfic i've ever read. The characters and world building is detailed enough. It'a lacking conversation but it's the good part of this fanfic. As this way is better in my opinion rather than useless conversation wasting chapters. Great job author :)
Author I don't know if you know but someone just shamelessly ripped off a lot of the concepts of your story for another fanfic and basically re-wrote it passing it off as their own. Harry Potter and the Rise of the Protector is called and it's basically your fic with some alterations.

This is one of the best harry potter fanfics on webnovel and just one of the best novels flat out. The story development is paced well and you never get the feeling that everything is being rushed or dragged out. the grammar and syntax are very well done and give off a vibe that the author knows what they are doing rather than a bad translation or just horrible grammer. The characters are deep, well though out, and seem real. and the world building is done beautifully. The author has the great ability to have lots of serious plot development while still including great bits of humor and fun throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of harry potter and even if you are not this is a great book that is still deserving of a read.

One of the best and though out Harry Potter fan fictions I have read to date which is high praise as I have read many over the years! The original MC is likeable and thinks/reacts in a consistent manner to his background. All in all I can't recommend this enough and due to a good pacing that isn't full of filler I actually believe that for once a Harry Potter fanfiction might actually end up complete here as opposed to dropped like almost every other HP fanfic so keep up the good work author ๐ Please be the first good HP fic to survive to completion and if that is not possible the at least let everyone know if you do drop instead of just disappearing one day without a peep! ๐คจ

Hey, everyone. It's the author. I wanted to thank everyone who posted a review. They are really encouraging even the ones with the bad ratings. ๐ Anyway, I wanted to use this review to talk about what made me start writing this. First of all, I love the world of Harry Potter. I think we all shame that. But, there are certain things in it that really make me raise my eyebrows. I was watching the Deathly Hallows part 1 for the first time in maybe 6 years, and I saw one of the early scenes in it. In the scene, Voldemort was levitating Charity Burbage above a table with the inner circle of Death Eaters around it. Then Voldemort killed her because she had suggested that it was okay to associate or mate with muggles/muggleborns. And I was, like, did I really watch this when I was younger? They killed her like a pest and fed her to Nagini. Before dying, she pleaded with Snape, "Severus, please... we're friends." But he only looked at her silently. What if they were really friends? Its not impossible, they were colleagues for many years and she used his first name. But, Snape had made the sacrifice for the Greater Good. It was messed up. So, I started tningking how could an outsider change the HP world for the better. In truth, it was kinda simple. With power, influence, wealth anyone could do it. You don't need the Elder Wand or the Room of Requirement. But why did Dumbledore not do it? Even though he had all the tools. It was because he was too passive. He had too much faith in the good of people. So, I needed an MC that had seen the degraded side of society. Any muggleborn could probably be that person, but no one had any real chance to do it. So, I sent Alex back in time for his chance. And there we have it.
