would be nice if you’d consider stuff like lack of ingridients, food shortages, general mood of the populance.. There is no way in hell that they can supply enough cure to every other commoner and how the hell would they keep the order in the city with a plague around??

If i were him i would for the time beeing hide myself in a place were they can atack me from only one direction (while melting a way to escape from another side) and make them so afraid to atack me from the front that they would try to starve me to death, but while they would be forced to keep Watchmen i would continue to spread plague and curses from time to time...
