Just threaten someone to tell about the mansion and then kill‚ resolved

this is so idiotic, the church and the guard dont do anything to a figure in darkness who has a bunch of mysterious guards walking around massacring 300+ civilians and killing the most famous gangs around which will in turn put the place in mayhem?sure, but this is the time where they should be most careful since war could be coming any moment now, and sleek just walks around trying to find the gang, not worried he might piss the church or the guards off at all, instead of just staying home and amassing an army, he runs towards death and waits till the author saves him again cuz of bull**** reasons, so idiotic, im really disappointed

so is this chapter a filler one? or this mansion is of use sometime later?
