I wonder why everything is such an enormous surprise to Qin Ruo? It makes it very hard to recognize what is really surprising (and worthy of being so surprising) and what is just new information. And why is his reaction so subdued for being so surprised? I would have at least thought that if Qin Ruo is so surprised by the XiaoXiao's skill than he would have reacted as exaggerated as his friend/colleague.

If a frost bullet can be condensed, how about the Frost Rampart? From 12, he can condense it to 4. Instead of using 6-12 seconds to form 12, he can use 4-8 second for 4. A sturdier, more colder, and stronger Frost Rampart. Same goes for Eagle Dive and other spells. Hmmmmmmm.
