Author isn't shameless giving himself a full 5 stars for this, he deserves them.
The plot unravels at a nice rythm, the foreshadowing is down intelligently with same-time actions through multiple POVs, the characters evovle and are well fleshed-out. No abuse of common writing props in the novels around (no system, no face-smacking,no fatty, no comic relief-guy...), and it's really refreshing to read without skipping paragraphs or having whole filler chapters describing the same scene three times with the same hyperbolic sentences.
I really like the change of mentality of the MC. He doesn't turn from a scaredy-cat like nerd to a homicidal maniac, no no... he follows a real denial curve, depresses for a bit, and finally picks himself up deciding he might as well do what he wants, staying true to himself.
This is not a wish-fulfillment story, it's a nice story that will make you think a bit about yourself, laugh and wonder all along. Worth the read.

While Wholly Undead is not the first title with the transmigration genre, it is one that takes an interesting and, within the fiction of the story, believeable approach.
The main character, Jack, is both entertaining and relateable, with his need to entertain himself when bored and his selfishness when it comes to that which he cares for. Each of the characters around Jack his closest friends, consorts, pet, and tool; are an absolute delight to get to know. They give our view of the world more diversity and allow the author, Voidmirage, plenty of opportunities to expand the world which holds Daegoth.
I personally find the pacing of the story to be quite nice, not so fast that I loose track of what's going on nor quite so slow that I grow frustrated and disinterested.
While there are grammatical and vocabulary errors they are never so bad that the reader is unable to figure out what the author was trying to relate, portay, or explain. Furthermore, the author shows care to their readers and story by going back and correcting mistakes that are pointed out in the comments section by readers.
Though we, the readers, do not yet know every nook and cranny of the world, we are slowly coming to understand the world at a very comfortable pace.
Overall, I quite enjoy the schemes of our villainous God-King, and I look forward to the future of this story, as well as, all future stories of Voidmirage.

You can skip most of the chapters and not miss anything important because mc spends majority of chapters being indecisive and melodramatic towards his consorts like the wimpy Japanese anime protagonists
The author makes mc stupid to create conflict eg; ignoring his enemies and the advice of side characters
The novel changes to become a romcom and slice of life no different from anime
Plot is derailed for forced drama, during a war the mc will become wishy washy and joke with his consorts
Author does not understand if wants comedic tone or serious tone the novel is all over the place
An event takes ten chapters to complete, the chapters being either too short or too long eg; a fight between mc and an enemy
Overall the novel is going nowhere because of all the drama and slice of life

The best, I will not go into a detail as there are many things that are great about this novel. I just recommend to try this novel. The first few chapters are little bit slow as we dont know about the world but as of the chapter I am in, which is 170s and I am still surprised. If the author reads this please, pretty please continue this masterpiece, its great.

One of the best novel out here. Lore is like world of Warcraft. Δ°t is consistent and very good foreshadowing and connection. I personally don't like harem stuff but this has far beyond perks even i continue to read harem

To the blind idiot god. This was a story beyond what i can write and for that i shower it with adoration. its stars are well earned and deserved. I shall follow it till the abyss takes me. Binge read it. Love the characters, as well as the unique perspective on the unliving world. The world building never felt like an info dump, and brought the sense that it always served a purpose, sometimes multiple. The sappy parts were much better at not turning readers from the story as so many stories are prone to doing.

This is an excellent story, I have no idea why it's not ranked higher, aside from what seems to be an inconsistent (though by no means unacceptable) update schedule. I feel like Jack might have ultimately become a little too OP but it is well explained and not without reason, and at least some threats certainly continue to exist. Also I must admit that I greatly prefer the previous cover art to the current one, but that is just my opinion

It can be difficult to decide where to spend power stones here on Webnovel. This story has been a consistent place for me to spend them.
Certainly, there have been undead main characters before in novels. Still, I like that despite him being a king, he still struggles with almost everything that comes his way. This helps to show character development not only of the MC but also the supporting cast.
My only regret is that this story does not get updated as often as I would hope! It is a great story and I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in a reincarnation story where the MC gets placed in a magic setting.
