kind of disappointing. 40% was female and there were people saying the man was far superior. shouldn't MC speak out that if we suppress 40% of the talent we will lose a lot of talent? It's a great thing that he is giving equal opportunity and is not showing favor to one side but neglect is a dangerous thing as well :/ also, where is the reward of request the previous winner was granted?
