Idk why he's disappointed with military intel... was it because of the raider war? Like wtf? It was a system generated mission. There was no way in hell the intel could be prepared for that as they just spawn. Secondly he already wiped out all raider camps in his teritory, he's only order was to survey his entire teritory with just 50 members. How the can they even do that? He didn't even give any advice as to which direction they should develop or atleast give books like he did with yingyu on taxation. He is the only one to blame for his lack of involvement in their development. All he cares about is to upgrade and upgrade faster than anyone. The author specifically said that it is a free world and you can do anything you like. Now it has this some kind of restrictions in it...

Let's not be to hard on our dear author as I'm sure his burning the midnight oil to keep those chapter coming.
I work in a restaurant and It's part of my job to count inventory at the end of the day. Let's just say that after 12 hours of work my brain just refuse to work. I find myself using the calculator for basic math, 2×8, 4+7. Plus the author has to keep track of all the names he came up with. I swear the author lost a bet and he now has to include a million names in the novel as punishment.
