Oooooof. That was heavy. It’s sad that such an innocent person turned into a villain. One thing I know, though: Yujia’s dad is trash. Burn him at the stakes!
I feel bad for Madam Zhang. She had to make some tough choices, but I understand why she did what she did. One question still remains. It was said that when Yujia was brought to the villa that she was sickly but it doesnt give an explaination as to why, and it being determined that Yujia was poisoned, the question remains, “who did it?”
This is so painfully sad. At this point I really feel bad for her. If she had had a choice in marrying yujia's dad then I would feel like she made her bed now lie in it, because she knew her best friend was in love with him first, but she didn't. I also feel bad for yujia's mom, but she killed an innocent person for her revenge. But I still REALLY dislike yujia's father. He didn't deserve the love of either of these women
Ugh. I didn’t know I would be crying.... Anyways, I’ve made up my mind, I’ll call her Zhang Ruoyu from now on. Even if she says if someone call her that name she wouldn’t react, I’ll still call her that.
Wow...this just tells you that every single person has their own stories and reasons. You can’t condemn someone for what happens in the outside. i truly feel bad for her. she used to be her own person before sHe lost her true identity . Many thanks to miss yue for the chapter and the Madam Zhang’s backstory.
I understand her choice, to save her daughter but at the same time a cruel way for her daughter perspectives. Sigh can't say who is right😔 but her husband is a jerk, beast, bastard😡😡 that is all I can say.😂😂😂.
wow! that was a tough story there. I actually do empathise with madam Zhang, she went through a lot. its so sad, both Zhang Ruoyu and Liu Yuxi were just victims, but I think madam Zhang made a better decision given her story
this chapter is heartbreaking but its so beautifully written. finally we get to see madam zhangs point of view and hear her side of the story...the decisions and the sacrafices she made all make sense as she wanted to protect others from pain, although the one she intended to protect still suffered a bit. i feel for her and i understand what she did. thank you again author! i havent read this in over a year but i decided to pick up on it again because im so hooked on the plot. cant wait to read the rest of the chapters 👀 !!
I'm half a step from crying. i really want to pat her back. her relationship with her sister is so moving. furthermore the fact that she really considered her as a friend made the betrayal so much more. i really got the bad vibes from yujia's mother so I'm not really surprised really.
Is this the longest chapter so far? I re read it again because madam zhang refused to leave my mind for an entire day. I had mixed feelings towards her story. Yujia's mom lived her life for revenge and did she make her own daughter part of it too? Liu's story gave the feeling that it's not true entirely and everyone feels they are victim in their story just like how Madam zhang or yujia's mom felt.
It must be tough on you, dear author to write such a long chap and give justice to her backstory. Great efforts! ❤️💕
Oof.. That was intense!! A villain is someone's hero and a hero can be someone's villain. But Yang Chen is surely a trash. Did Yujia's mom poison her own daughter? Everything is so scary and yet so sad. Off I sleep now, to wake up for test in 5 hours. Good night. Stay kind and don't let anything make you a villain like Madam zhang or Liu. ❤️💕
If the other babe grow to a sickly woman with high probability to have a childbirth dead, won't that means Yujia is the same?!? It's still a long time to come, but...
