The vampire kingdom of New Adelaide has certainly had an interesting history. Prince Darren is the only heir to the throne with human blood.

In his junior year at boarding school, strange things start to happen. His best friend, Sal, has grown more distant from him, and has other odd changes in behavior.

But worst of all...
Darren begins to crave blood.
