Am anxious for mike. Caroline buying d land and mike investing much more in structures,if she decide to sell d land 5years later, what happens to mike investment? She may sell to mike for a price far too high knowing he has invested a lot and can't turn back. Alternatively she may claim everything on d land being d land owner,though I do not know d land law operational in that state...just thinking ,mike will regret this partnership
