Why does Elsa have a degree in HR Management? Business Management is understandable... it's the generic business degree, much as Biology is the generic degree for most med school entrants. But HR isn't what I would expect in field/uniformed law enforcement personnel. Criminal Justice, yes, HRM, no. 🤷
