Wow, some of these talents are pretty OP, I do think the cooldown lengths are appropriate though. Dazed seems a little weak at less than half a second of stun though, it would only equal some of the others if there is no level cap on the enemies you can use it on and if it can't be shortened or resisted.
Imagine if talents need a certain amount of stats to be available for choosing, then the MC realize that he can't choose any of them because he distributed the stats equally.

Personally thy think disrupt would be most useful if this is a magic focused world. But thy will not confirm thy statement.
