I don't think he's fit to be a leader. He's too affected by his emotions, he's now the leader of an alliance that has just started and he wants to risk his life and everything he's created for his girl .. I understand how he feels but that is absolutely not the attitude a Warchief should have. If I were Sander, I would not let my clan join such an alliance. What if one day his wife is captured and they forced him to surrender or anything like that, it's very risky to consider the possibility of an alliance which act impulsively.
