Honestly it was a great read. The starting was very intriguing as the interactions between the players and npcs changed. I also enjoyed how the mathematical solutions were created for the spells which were unfortunately not really expanded on much. However the ending just developed into something else with how it was rushed and it left a bad taste for me. The story could have been developed for a long time or the novel could have been extended by creating arcs around the final fight. Overall for me it was an enjoyable read and i thank the author for creating this novel 👏.
I enjoyed this one, from the concept of magic not being so simple, to literally making it simple and creating a floating castle from magic bricks!. The kidnapping of the queen was nice touch. who doesn't Wana have magic and their own queen? there has only been one other story I enjoyed ( that's completed) and that was phoenix phire. the only disappointment I have is the author hasn't written anything else.
I love this novel from beginning to end. Aside from the sexualized aspects, this book is amazing. There is well described magic systems, technology, even martial arts made in a way that make it real to the reader. The relationships are inspiring and so loving. (Especially toward the end.) unfortunately, things happen before they are married but it is hard to find novels or books with good morals with romance these days. Hopefully you have or will enjoy this novel as much as I have. It is truely sad that the author ended the story so abruptly, but I do absolutely love the way it ended. A perfect ending. Hopefully there will be more in the future.
The gaming element is pretty good; generic, but classic. Only the MC seems to have some form of ingenuity; the rest are just cardboard characters. The story is written by a misogynistic, racist, delusional narcissist, where most women worth writing for would spread their legs for the mc. The rest would spread theirs for the MCs friends. This is a paradise for depraved men who don't have any female relatives like a mother, aunt, sister, or daughter. Not recommended for young readers as it will create a false treatment for women.
I read this entire work in 2 days it was one of the most enjoyable reads in the last couple of years I can only hope to find something on equal grounds with this
That just might be one of the worst endings I've ever seen on this platform, and I've read some trash novels. The author had the chance to end it cleanly, refused and expanded the scope enormously, to the point where we should only be about halfway through, then just randomly ended.Imagine if the Harry Potter series ended right after Harry's name was pulled from the goblet of fire, with no explanation. This isn't a matter of plot holes, it just unfinished. The overwhelming amount of completely unnecessary sexism already dragged it down, but I pushed through because I was told it was good. I regret this decision.
Okay look This is a pretty good book in the beginning but in the later chapters it gets worse really quick. From casual racism about how awful things are in America. Where I do agree but everything about America from its system to its people. Not only that but casual sexism as well as the book makes so many rude and awful comments about woman. Not only that but in a part of the book the MC's friends helped him get raped by a sister of another friend and everyone acts as if it's okay. So I can't stop you from eating but I need you all to know what the heck you are getting into.
This book is as fantastique as disapointing. Unfortunatly, the book is so well made that the ending isn’t good. I do recomend the book for the story but dont be expecting a well made ending like some other book with ending that make sense. I undersrand if the writer was finished with the book or just wanted to finish it. So overall great beginning and story telling but the end is really disapointing for what the book was.
An amazin novel that I would highly recommend. The athour really went all in n world building and leaving no plot holes behind, creating a story that really sucks you in and feels like a new world.
Excellent novel with a great balance of humor, story line, character building and action scenes. Really appeals to a young adult mind and as a fellow with add, i can say that i rarely lost attention or interest. Fantastically clued up into a nice ending that gave me closure, whereas other novels just go on and on and you usually run out of chapters and have to wait a year or 2 for some closure if you get any. Anyhow, im completely satisfied. Thank you, author for the reading experience, you did well.
so addictive and quite reasonable. amazing magic system and one of the bareable harems ..gets a little weird at the end but iIshis Anna and Roland so hard
overall highlight of the year
The writer needs consistency about numbers, ranges, days and so on. Also consistency about experience lost for character after being killed. It said minus 10% at first but in the middle of the novel, even if mc had 80% exp he still dropped his level. The last is, from so many mc friends there is no one matched with mc powers, lets say they're no use character.
I have read all 800 chapters of this book and it gets continuously better until the end of the book. The ending of the book is so abrupt and disappointing that I almost threw my phone for the sheer audacity to end it that way. I would still recommend reading but prepare to be very upset with the last paragraph of the story
Wow... Just wow... Many plot twists and the end... Amazing! But I have to admit that the ending came way too soon in my eyes. The story was properly finished nonetheless. (VR games, magic, OP character, magic fights, maybe a bit harem depending on your definition)
If you don’t want a spoiler don’t read the end if this review. You’ve been warned.
I loved the world building of this game and how it starts you right out the gate. The flip flopping between gane world and real world is perfectly balanced and knowing that the X, Y, and Z axis of a graph helped him derive magic and become better at it was an insane idea that I actually loved and believed in it no problem. I loved this story and I’ve read it twice already with probably more rereads down the road.
Now yes later in the story the flip flopping slows down and the real world takes a major backseat/basically left behind like when your dad went to get a pack of cigarettes or milk but the action and story drive of the game makes up for it. The uh……sudden turn towards the end of the story which is the reason behind the whole game world and the author falling ill then passing away so it ends abprutly is the most sour taste in my mouth I’ve ever had but we can’t have it all
