What good is it to make everyone else extremely powerful when you are stuck on the first level of the first stage it said permanent so 80 years later he will still be on the same level while little 4 year olds are stronger then him

this is a very weird plot, to do what the system wants him to do, I would expect the MC to be the strongest person in the continent, but if you're telling me that he's not, I'm not sure I can keeping reading this, it would illogical.
