Chapter comments on the chapter Learning Shadow Steps of the book Magic and Martial War God

I hope at some point the writer/translator/editor actually does something about how horrible it is to read. There are some good elements to this story, but the horrible writing makes it painful to read. Just a few chapters in and there are a lot of holes and inconsistencies, not to mention moments that require us to not think and accept the absurdity of the moment. Like, how does he get into a fight in the middle of the city and no one sees anything...
