He Mu, who has been wheelchair-bound for 18 years, receives a horrible piece of news from a visiting soldier: his elder brother, He Feng, who served as a Red Mist Fighter in the military, met with an accident in service.
He Mu reviews the footage of the incident and to his utter disbelief, he sees He Feng fleeing from a gigantic monster, which ultimately leads to the destruction of the Biological Research Institute!
However, He Mu believes that the footage is altered. His big brother left a package behind, containing a special drug that could potentially cure disabilities. He Mu, the only person left in his family, is determined to find out the truth of his elder brother’s death.
