there are many plotholes... like how mc clear blood stains... how he got blood on his back by kiling upfront... why Qiao guy bumped into him... he can't see or else just for bumping sake... why people suspecting village chief and questioning him .. didn't villagers respect their chiefs...

What I don't understand is... why risk exposure by killing the farmer? If he's careful, he may not be able to reap as much fear, but he can easily fool the farmer into thinking that all of those frightening whisper and vision come from being drunk. He may get reusable source of fear.

Hmm. Most likely the MC is trying to create a climate of fear. People only truly fear when they know death is at their door. If he merely scares everyone - eventually no one would be afraid, for they know, his all bark and no bite.

There is an extreme lack if plot developing details that i think would make this story better than it currently is. You have an interesting concept, I wonder if you can properly polish it.
