I am now giving a general review of this book. of all the current books going on, this is actually the best out there so I don't understand why the author keeps delaying this particular book and keeps focusing on the other ones which are not even up to MWS standard...ahh this is part of the Trilogy..Has the author forgotten ??

Great story, love the characters and everything about the universe. Frustrations are with the author, undelivered promises time and time again. DO NOT BUY PRIV!!!!!!! Updates are slow and very inconsistent.
The discord surrounding his novels are not a friendly place unless you praise the author.
Mass release promised while novel was consistently updated - partial follow through, but when you consider the months with no chapters or only a couple. It’s more like make up at that point and not the reward as was originally intended.
2 chaps a day promised by author- undelivered
Really hope he sticks it out and finished correctly and doesn’t just end it like he has with other novels.

This book has me hooked. Just like MDS and MVS, each new chapter gives us readers something new to look forward to. It’s definitely a must read.

Great story from a great author. I had a friend introduce me to his other novel the vampire system and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This feels a lot more well rounded and you can see that the author his improved a lot.

Potential to be a good story. I've read his other ones. Do not pay for the privilege chapters. Author does not do 7 chapters a week, 1 if you are lucky. Promises were made for a mass release as a reward for boosting his other book and promises were never fulfilled. I will be deleting this book, Gary dies. The End

Character development is a problem.
The issue I have is in the inconsistency in the characters . The main problem would be like how these guys just go through painful loss or death of their loved ones and although in the beginning it was done quite well the author started moving the plot to the other direction, I feel like during the gang wars if the author tapped into the characters pain and their thoughts and had serious conversation with them then it would have been much better . Like if the mc tried to learn more about his people , tried to be an active leader, developed more trust and then finally after talking and getting closer to each other, I wish he said that he was a werewolf and then he figured out things along the way and became the alpha during those times out of trust and turned them. I wish he didn't suddenly say he was going to be take gang life seriously and then when going to a new place suddenly act like some good guy . The side characters as well seem to be independent, like the mc doesn't have to do anything they just figure out things by themselves ,they don't talk with the mc like during the beginning , the character development was slowly worsening. The plot holes were increasing to the point where things happened because plot said so . Like the whole thing with gil was way too extended , the mc remains ignorant on far too many things because he just turns his brain off and doesn't even try to figure things out. Like being the dumb guy is his character but doesn't mean he doesn't even try to figure things instead of just acting . Which is another thing which was the sudden " immaturity" flaw that was pushed onto the mc during the end of the gang wars , which was unnecessary and just destroyed what was a wonderful arc. The end of the gang wars and how he reveals a part of his secret and how the plot moves on was way too rushed and badly done , the beginning it was a gem after which I think the IQ level of everyone in the novel just dropped

I read My Vampire System by this author a few days ago. I did not like. I tried to give his other books a chance but I didn't like them either, then I saw this one in my recommendations, it was a surprise that it is by the same author. I admit, I went to read the comic first, I didn't get past the first chapter because the first few panels attracted me enough to go read the novel. At first I thought that the artist did a good job arranging and creating the dialogues of the story, so I just sensed that I wouldn't like the novel but I would like the comic, oh, surprise. In a nutshell it contradicts me otherwise, if I watch this story and then watch your story about vampires it's like watching a professional and an amateur. Author, you grew a lot 👍
