Literally Insane in Marvel

Shin is chronically insane with a severe case of schizophrenia and has been locked in a mental ward for his whole life however after going to sleep he wakes up in marvel and although he has a mental illness that wont stop him from smiling even with all the dead people around him trying to ruin his mood.
