Read Chapter 34 before giving up on this LN due to stupid/childish choices. They are all being brain screwed by aliens. I'm really not joking. Go reach chapter 34 before giving up on this LN. The author didn't warn the readers that there was a reason for all the stupid childish and idiotic choices being made in the first 33 chapters... I stopped reading this for 6 months because of those things. I almost stopped 3 chapters before chapter 34 once again because it was so freaking horrid. I'm glad i skipped over them hoping that things would get better after the author did all these screw ups. Glad I did or I never would have read chapter 34. ***Please*** Up Vote this so others see it and don't stop reading it like I did.

Okay this writer knows what he is doing and did it well. It's not my cup of tea though so I'll give 4/5 and move on. Sci-fi books are REAAAAAAALLLLLY hard to do because of the science behind them and that's the main reason I don't like this. I have a hobby of reading everything there is about theories on space travel, time travel, and generally anything that is considered impossible by most (including ridiculous theories on things like espers and other paranormal stuff). This is why I don't get along with most sci-fi novels, I question the logic behind them and just can't help it. But this is a great sci-fi read and most would generally like it so go read it and if you don't like it? Well then just don't hate it without justification.

great story, i myself am a big astronomy fan and the thing i love about this novel is that some things are rlly based on scientific facts, ofcourse later in the novel it becomes alot more fiction but the basis is there.

Its a story like no other. It like a scientist wrote a fan fiction about his favourite subject which is SCIENCE therefore a science fiction. It is so close to reality that it got me thinking that it might be possiblity for the future but still with some added fiction. Like a thesis turned into an interesting story. With its educational facts supporting it makes one wonder. Some parts might be boring with too much description and elaboration but its important as a show of its own characteristics and uniqueness as a story. It also acts as a supporting facts and helps those really interested to imagine? But anyway with their exploration and dangerous encounters so far makes my heart jump. A really great read and can be a trend setter for its doubtful but plausible ideas about aliens and cosmic exploration in general. I just freakin love it. Quite a love-hate relationship actually because I want to read more than my current chapter right now 300+ so far. Such is human greed but I am thankful to discover this gem because Im into sci-fi right now actually. So thank you for your efforts in translating this Translator-san.

The best story of this genre that I have read. A pity that more chapters havent been tanslated. But im staying on board for the rest of the ride.

Their home is gone, forced to walk among the stars only relying on Hope. Humanity's options are Death or Glory. If you like Sci-Fi this is totally worth a read it's starts put a little slow but once they are in space it really picks up. The characters are complex and well written, I believe this is once of the best and most complex novels on this site. If you love Space Opera or Military Sci-F this will be your jam. Kudos to the translator and editors they do a fantastic job.

This novel has been going on for some time now and it is absolutely amazing. The way the characters are designed and how the events in the novel keep up in a pace to never have a dull chapter, there is always something happening which keeps getting better and better as it goes on. It fits my reading preferences (Small Bonus) extremely well.

First of all I would like to say that the people reading this novel should not make assumptions that quick. I'm getting really tired of people dismissing the fact that the author left his backstory a bit vauge. For all we know they may be a reason that he left it like that as we are only nearing 100 chapters currently. And also for that person saying the MC had no motive for what he did.

This is an awesome story about modern cultivation in a unique way. The translator is a really nice and honest guy as well as skilled at what he does. I can't wait for more chapters to be released! :D

Really the best space sci-fi novel i have read. Unique and the focus is the group involve as its humanity's survival unlike others that focuses only in the MC. This novel deserves more attention. Space exploration for survival is a very interesting plot. The world building is amazing. I wonder how the translator came up with this scientific terms and such, the author is pretty amazing too to come up with all these ideas.. really one of the best sci-fi out there...its not your common novel which is very repetitive and common! Translation quality if superb-very concise and coherent. Plot is superb. World building is very unique!! I also love how they are struggling to build the best colonial ship there is to fight off higher level space civilizations. Do try this novel. Its one of the best.

this novel is really ingenious! i do not know why a lot of people are missing out on this novel. this is not your typical novel. it is a novel where not only the MC is the main focus but the side characters are not left out and the link between characters are very important as one would not survive without the other. don't you think its a step up? unlike other novel where everything is just about the MC. every sci-fi explanations are pretty good. the story line is quite interesting, SPACE EXPLORATION to find a NEW HOME!!! and if you love kingdom building then in this novel its space colonial ship! the way the novel is written is pretty concise and coherent. the battle fanatics might not find this novel that as explosive as others but honestly, the battle scenes are pretty interesting and they are not boring and repetitive. it would be really great if people would check on this great novel.

Is one Really GOOD history but her context and background plus what the readers EXPECT against the reality put some bad reviews but is a solid history on the theme propose is just in the word were star Trek/Wars is god other genders(or in this case novel) that are fundamentally different get bad press but if you want star Trek/Wars and already view the movies just go for the comics and let people with different taste than you enjoy this novels without your haters bias.

Pulls you in early and smothers you with delightful thrills on a constant basis. If i could complain about anything it would be the slow update speed, although the updates are like clockwork, I want moar.

First of all never trust the ratings in Qidian. If you want to compare check on novel updates. From what I've read till now I can barely give 2.5 stars. The story is quite non-sensical and there is racism to boot. It is quite funny how the ratings of this novel once was 4.9 .

Worst Story.... sequence of events not right... Plot very badly handled... Its better to read other stories instead of waste time on this on. That why In my personal opinion ZERO SCORE but unfortunately that is not allowed.

A solid read so far (215 chapters in), with a very much appreciated bigger-picture perspective. Where so many other novels here focus on one guy and his ego (and his problems and strength growing), ACE really looks at humanity's need and circumstances, and for sci-fi, it's really not that far out. The main character truly isn't overpowered in any sense, and the development of the civilization is his main concern, not his personal strength. This makes the main character a great deal more lovable than even the most colorful selfish pricks in most wuxia novels. I actually wish they'd give the MC a bit more focus and care, and there's evidence the author can pull off touching scenes, but right now, the fate of mankind is in the balance, so...
