Eternity's lament

In a world crying for deliverance, Erik is given to the world as a rare lord's child, children who cant have power themselves, but can get it from those they contract with their seven scrolls of power. However, unlike other lord children, Erik doesn't belong to this world.

And perhaps, due to that, he can grant the world its deliverance.

Yet he is not the sole individual worthy of mentioning, for there are those who are as capable and talented as he is, those who have been prophesized by legends of old and they have plans of their own.
