what is with the obsession with the swimmers body? nearly all fic have it.

I wasn't working out as much anymore with Nekomaru as it would be detrimental to my ideal form if I kept up the routine as before unless I really want to bulk up and get extremely muscly, but I prefer my streamlined swimmers body so I'm fine with less working out as is.
