Well yes, but actually no... Given the power and backround we've been led to believe of some of the maids, I think it's possible they've forseen some of his future achievements (through the system) and wanted goodwill/power by serving him early. Only to be c**kblocked by the 'head' maid. As his power and wealth increase more maids "return" more faceslapping ensues and MC at some point gets seduced by one of them or Emily herself, which seems more likely... Just seems likely given the general pattern of the novel, wish we were getting more chapters though.

For dialogue, try; Saving every perspective separately, run through each one from the profile of its origin, if dialogue only makes sense to fulfill one character it isn't working. Conversations do not always go as expected, they are personality, knowledge and motivation. Establish your characters personalities in concept, determine what may change that and keep note, profile trivia for your primary and secondary characters. You want to leak in that trivia without seeming to put effort into it, favorite colors, food, beverages. Instead of saying "xx is favorite color" build up a pattern of clothes color choices, of trinkets, Etc. Good writing is providing enough indirect information to assist your detailed description. Terrain, lighting, height... Always reinforce perspectives. Flaws. Determine shortcomings in your characters (Ex.) Humans have poor innate nightvision. Good luck and have fun.
