Cain spawned in equipment that is used for training the body. High Reps and moving Heavy Weights is the goal here and Naruto has to achieve this to gain any pink muscles. Deciding to follow the instructions in the memories, he started slowly with high reps. Once he became more comfortable with it, he moved on to heavier weights and started to do lower reps. This would accomplish the clashing of the red and white muscles to create pink muscles.
