Bro, you did good. Issei was always just as strong as the plot decided. Otherwise, if it was mathematically corect, by the Raiser fight he should be able to fight Great Red not Kokabiel.

A/N: I have changed how the Boosted Gear works because really, it never worked the way it said it did. If it did go like 2x 4x 8x 16x... Issei would have split the entire Underworld in half with a single punch. And if it went 2x 3x 4x... Issei would not have been strong enough. I will just chalk this up to the sacred gear system being buggy(Ishibumi forgot). How Boosted Gear or anything works really is not properly explained so I am going off of my own interpretation, if you have problems with it call it an AU or whatever. Also, Ddraig can only speak when the Boosted Gear is active.

This isn't quite bad. You can read it for a while, and if you skip the info dumps, it can be entertaining. The info dumps are bad tho. Like whole chapters full of listing random shit and powers that I have no interest in as a reader. If I want to read a list of powers/items I'll go to the wiki. I want to see things used. The characters are also way too many. It seems like the author wants to put the whole Honkai character rooster along with the DxD one into a single mess. By chapter 32 or so, there are so many characters that I can't even remember who is who, and, even worse, I doesn't even matter if I don't remember them because they don't do anything...If something happens, it's because the MC did it, others are just there for the fanservice or something.

Too much too fast...I can barely keep up with things. You introduce characters left and right and then don't do anything with them...At this point, I consider every single character introduced irrelevant aside for the first 3(Otto, Welt and Himeko).

Yeah. I think that was much more impactful then the workout. After all, it seems like Saitama's limit break is something mental so his willpower must have been the key.

I'm giving this a 1 star solely because of the wishes. I don't really care what they are, what I do care about is asking for multiple things in a single wish. Here the Mc has 3 wishes but gets like 7-8 superpowers. Maybe more. It like asking something like: "I wish for the power of super-speed but my body should also be stronger then a planet and of course have a regenerating healing factor. And my mind should be unassailable. Oh, and make my dick 3 meters long. Oh, and let's not forget, I need to look like the most handsome mf ever." and that's just one wish....

How is this different from a wish...it's another superpower. You need to differentiate them. Like, wishes could be superpowers or stuff like that and perks could be mundane things like cooking talent or an extra toe.

Me: I would like to have the perk of adaptation from my body to my mind and soul.

There are failure points in every path he could have taken. The main problem was the Mind gem and the corruption Ultron was exposed in it's infancy. Vision had even fewer restrictions then Ultron, yet, because Jarvis was actually developed enough to somehow have a personality, he didn't get corrupted by the mind gem.

Tony's failure was that he did not provide Ultron with comprehensive defensive measures.

It's not. To have them all be 'gone' would mean to kill them, which would require the robot to 'harm' them, thus violating it's core principle. If the core principle was to protect something, that something would be safe, even if kept in isolated farms, they won't be harmed.

Ultron had all the restrictions necessary, he just bypassed them because of the mind gem, which gave him a real mind, without any restrictions.

But think about it, if Asimov's suggestion really was the first thing, at least when creating Ultron, Tony would not just give him rules to simply protect humans.
