It's mentioned clearly in the books - in order to cast something like Crucio, you have to have a mindset of wanting to cause someone pain for the sake of causing them pain, not out of any righteous cause or rational reason. That kind of focused mindset would automatically be corrupting.

It's the 1st. When Issei could boost 10 times, it didn't boost him by 20 times the power, but over a thousand times (1024, to be exact).The limit is basically what your body can handle.

Ren can now Boost 20 times. It was a godsend since the monsters got stronger the deeper he got.

One of the worst examples of One Piece fanfics I've seen. I can't fathom how on earth this has such a high rating - the MC is a one-dimensional idiot who talks big and acts like a cliche Xianxia character, all the while he's too weak to do pretty much anything. This is the actual, canon Dumbledore, rather than the Dumbledore you see in most fanfiction.... I always find it so hilarious that fanon Dumbledore is such a major proponent of the Greater Good and 'the ends justify the means' when canonically he abhors the philosophy due to what it cost him and what he saw of it.

You missed the 'in the anime' at the end.

Seeing Chika's actions, Garp's evaluation of him increased. The ability to connect with others and show respect for others was sometimes a more valuable quality than strength in his eyes. It was also one of the reasons Garp took Koby as his disciple in the anime.
