Cleffa, Clefairy and Clefable are pure Fairy types. Sylveon could also be considered a native Kanto Pokemon I guess. Other than that, no other Pokemon native to Kanto is seen to have the Fairy typing. We do not have Pokemon of the Chansey line to experiment on, but there are numerous videos available of Chansey suffering from Dragon type attacks and being restrained by Fighting type attacks. This should not be possible if it were a Fairy type Pokemon, since Fairy type Pokemon are immune to Dragon type moves and resist Fighting type attacks. Hence, I would think that Chansey is most likely a normal type, though this still requires experimentation to be sure" concluded Alex.
