Why not just no Devil fruit? It’s surprisingly rare how few stories have characters without one. Everybody and their mother is doing Devil fruit MCs. Fraud really does not need one.

Roger was about to die anyway and wanted to leave a legacy behind. He left a living legacy in Ace and a conceptual legacy in the new Pirate Age. He discovered an Island that answers an 800+ year old mystery and became the most powerful man in the world without a Devil fruit. Roger doesn’t deserve the disrespect the MC is giving. Especially when he still wants to rely on a Devil fruit in the future.

It’s probably because this was written before the whole cake Island Arc but it’s hilarious that this guy thinks that the Admirals are the topmost Tier Fighters. Each of the Yonkou in their prime could probably Solo all three admirals and win.

So like, is he just avoiding the Rokushiki or what? Cus they are such an easy strength enhancement to acquire in comparison to mastering Haki and his DF. It’s really awkward seeing effectively mooks catching up to him because they bothered to learn just one or two of them.
