I did, but it was quite a lot of chapters ago when the twins had just barely found they needed laws for the Space-Time and Divinity Realm. Haven't mentioned it since then.

Let's not forget the four sublaws of Light are Light, Recovery, Life, and Yang. In the Divinity Realm, Rean could merge these laws in the Major Law of Light.

Besides, it wasn't like Kafan didn't have a method to communicate with the other side. He could simply change the laws and report to the other Semi-Celestials what happened on his side of the Universe.
