Not necessarily. There may be a small spoiler so if you don't want to know anything, stop reading. When YZ enters heavenly domain, there isn't a Happy guild in heavenly domain. YZ and CG aren't members of a guild. However, to get the guild stats & other spoiler reasons, YZ temporarily joins a non-club guild in the heavenly domain. Since it's hard to create a guild in Heavenly domain from scratch, they had to wait until the Happy guild members in the tenth server leveled up enough & passed the challenge. They need a certain critical mass of players before creating Happy in heavenly domain. Until then, YZ's Lord Grim is a member of a different heavenly domain guild but when he goes to the 10th server he's still in Happy. So characters can belong to different guilds in different servers. What's unclear is how the link between heavenly domain & server guilds work. I'm guessing here - for big club guilds with many branch guilds, there may be an official branch guild for each server that transfers server guild membership to heavenly domain. But then the official club guild, you've got to get approval to be a member (you have to be very good). You'll see a bit more how it works b/c YZ infiltrates a club guild as a spy. Also, if a character leaves the club guild in heavenly domain, I don't think they automatically lose their server guild membership. Else the heavenly domain club guild setup of many guilds for a single club would mess this up. Unless the multiple guilds for a single club in heavenly domain have links to their server guild (many-to-one). Personally, I don't know if the author has thought this far. :)

I believe guild membership is separate in separate servers. Once Happy is created in Heaven's Domain, they can set up a link between Happy in Heaven's domain and Happy in the 10th server. I remember them talking about this earlier. In Heaven's Domain, there are also guilds created that are "branch" guilds of the main Club Guild in order to get around the guild member cap. So the Club guild for Blue Rain, Blue Brook, will have multiple guilds in Heaven's domain as well as one in each server. Members in one of Blue Brook's guilds in Heaven's Domain also have membership in one of the servers. That's my understanding.
