I can't help but to wonder, a novel is a product of the authors imagination, belief, desire and wants. So are you saying that this kind of author wants a rapist to fall in love with?
Imagine it like this, I have two scene:
1. what if the ML is not handsome, young, rich and your typical prince charming. And the ML Rape the FL What will you do? Will you still read it?
2. Or let say, the ML is not handsome and young but he is rich. Just ugly fat old man with money. What then? Do you think you will enjoy it?

Nissah24: Feipei-author-sama, nope, this did not turn my view of her upside down. Admittedly, you had me a bit worried when you gave Chalice "luck: +10" (kind of like a skill in an RPG 😂), but this "weakness" (I don't know what else to call it so I put it in quotes) you've introduced opens a lot of avenues for broader character development. Beautiful, rich heir, extreme luck, loyal people who can offer their heart for her, genius, great memory, well she almost did have all the jobs out there in her pass life), has potential for martial arts (cause for the so called organization) Anyone can see where this going.
The only flaw (well we can't even call it one) is that she is a foodie and childish (not really appropriate for the character's past life behaviour and age) impulsive in a cute way but still brings her luck in a process. The ML is too much of a pervert now. A big pervert at that! I know he loves the FL very much but hey...i'm getting sick of his possesive attitude. His acting like a child with his favorite toy. Don't get me wrong, i like this novel and i love possesive MLs. (you bet I fantasize to have one haha 😂😂) oh well, going back, i don't feel like this to other books that i've read before. The MLs character is not improving at all. All he does is stating his claim for the FL. Yes, it's sweet but When are we going to see his character development? Cause now I kind of rooting for them to break up. SOON! 😂😂 I want to see how he will manage it.
